A excellent property with good basic essentials very clean and twice weekly on site cleaning provided The host was fantastic a absolutely lovely guy so helpful if needed the location is very good A excellent choice for large family’s Village of Kassiopi 15min walk but shops and tavernas minutes away

Ein großes Haus gut geeignet für Familien oder Freundes Gruppen die zusammen verreisen möchten. Der Pool ist wirklich schön und immer sauber, was toll ist, da der nächste Strand ein kleiner Kiesstrand ist. Es gibt einen hübschen Garten mit Grill und die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet.

Lovely holiday. 10 min walk to Kassiopi. 5mins walk to the shop (everything you might need).
We were a group of 15. The four separate apartments were great for the adults and kids (age nine to 16) to have their own areas. We would definitely return.

+ Very good location, close to beach, super market, restaurants, harbour.
The pool was great, very clean. Large beautiful garden.
- the interior needs an update. The kitchen has for example no wineglasses or cuttingbord.
All the beds are incredibly hard. You can feel everything.

A Brilliant Stay for 20 people in Kassiopi. The location was amazing and perfect for our large group. It was very close to both a number of beautiful beaches and the town of Kassiopi as well as several local supermarkets. The only flaw was it was surrounded by neighbours which caused a bit of a noise issue but this only occurred on one night and the owners were very lovely and understanding about it. The house was very well equipped with anything that might be needed and was cleaned every two days which was great. In general, the owners were very welcoming and kind, bringing us fresh fruit in the day and even buying us a round of local beer on our last night! I would both recommend the house to other large groups and visit again myself.
Naturally, with the house sleeping so many people some of the beds were less comfy than others as they were sofa beds with harder mattresses. However, overall there was very little to improve!

We had a fantastic holiday at the villas, the owners were excellent hosts and close at hand. The pool and surroundings were very well maintained and the property was very clean. It is located within easy reach to beach and shops and restaurants by foot. Would definately recommend.

Very nice combination of four houses. Well suited for our larger family with a total of 12 people attending and their different needs.
Some smaller things that could be improved are: matrasses in all bedrooms super hard (you feel every spring) and not very comfortable, Dishwasher in the apartment with the souterrain bedrooms is not working properly (only the 1:15h programme works). Kitchen utensils are substandard (esp. Silverware, sharp kitchen knives, etc,) given the overall level of the villa.

what a fabulous place to stay ,we came as a family of 21,10 children youngest 11 month eldest 17 ,and 11 adults and there was more then enough space ...
the cleaner is amazing that lady doesn't stop and is so lovely .the pool is the highlight of the holiday it is huge clean and maintained daily ,with a safety gate on it which was needed with us having 10 children with in the family group .the villa has a private drive with the owners of the villa just next door but not over looking and unless we needed they stayed away but not to far to help at any time needed letting us know where the best beaches etc were .we had our odd rowdy day evening barbecue hula themed night and was not interrupted or moaned at for being to loud ,and i must say this was something i was bothered about with the owners being close to the premises but no they where lovely .kassiopi is quite an expensive place so i would advise to try find a proper supermarket they was a lidls next to the airport which would of made things much cheaper for us .but there is a local supermarket shop though very pricy they would offer to run you back with your shopping in there car as they also did online shopping the market is called nico .
there is also a hotel just a min walk down the road with pool that can also be used and pool table our kids loved .the food was fab and they also were lovely and always making you laugh great with the kids .the reason for the 4 star and not 5 i simply my double bed was very hard but i just used one of the other beds which were much better so maybe that could be something to look into for the future of villa nancy .i thank you for our holiday memories we will cherish

nice place to stay - comfortable beds - excellent air conditioning - efficient and frequent cleaning of the villa included - nice swimming pool - not so well equipped for large group of people with regards to kitchen tools - only few rooms have private doors.

The villa set up with 4 separate apartments worked brilliantly for our family of three generations. Plenty of internal space and the air conditioning provided great relief from some very hot conditions. We made good use of the BBQ but didn't test the cookers at all during our week! For us the villa highlight was the pool area. It was spotlessly clean, a great size and the water was lovely and warm.

There are a couple of beaches within 10 minutes walk, the nearest accessed via a track opposite the villa, access there is bit push chair unfriendly though. Avlaki beach down the road to the right is though, and has sun loungers available. Do go further along for the cheapest ones though! Well worth a visit is the fantastically sandy Apraos beach. Great for young kids and loads of shallow warm water. It's about a 10 minute car journey.

Kassiopi village has gorgeous Greek harbour and a meal at one of the many quayside restaurants is a must. It's a good 20 minute walk from the villa, car parking can be an issue in the village unless you pay €4 for the car park as you come into town.

Nico's supermarket is very well stocked and you can get everything you need there and there is also a small shop before that, a 6 minute walk, from Villa Nancy which has lovely fresh bread in the morning.

Would definitely return to the area again and would use Villa Nancy if we were a large party again.

We found the villa very nice. The house consist of 4 different apartments. All nice and clean. Good air-condition also. The garden and the pool is lovely, in the garden there is a barbeque and the beach is not far away. A small minus is maybe the kitchen, could be better equipped.

Lovely villa we stayed 19 (12 adults) in this villa the owner was so lovely and helpful his English is limited but he can phone someone to translate if needed the villa was perfect and the pool area was amazing. The shop is about 10 minutes walk but if you spend €50 they will drop you and your shopping back. Kassiopi harbour is beautiful and the beaches are fabulous (pebbles) but crystal clear water. The villa is four separate apartments all with either balcony or terrace and a bbq area which we had one night. All in all a fabulous break in a lovely villa would highly recommend"

This villa is very accurately described on AirBnb. There are two great tavernas within a 10 minute walk and Kassiopi is only a 20 minute walk away. The villa gardens are lovely and it was a great place for our group of 11. I would recommend it to any adult group but not for very young children

I cannot recommend this villa enough! 13 of us came and had the best long weekend at Villa Nancy. The views are incredible and it is in a great location - close to the beach and the town. The pool is lovely and has the sun until the late evening. We were also brought refreshments and welcomed by the man who lives in the house next to the villa which was a lovely touch. You should definitely come here!

A wonderful Villa split into 4 units which worked really well for our family holiday. The swimming pool was enjoyed by all. Mattresses on the hard side but the Villa and gardens are beautiful maintained. Located about a 10 minute walk from the harbour town of Kassiopi, which has some lovely beaches and a beautiful harbour surrounded by tavernas and restaurants. 5 minutes the other direction is the lovely quiet beach of Avalaki . A fantastic location for a relaxing family holiday

Easy to book the villa. On arrival they were very welcoming. The apartments were very clean and the kitchens were well equipped with everything you would need for cooking. We used the BBQ outside every night which was great fun. The pool was cold but still had a great time sunbathing on the loungers around it. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away and the main supermarket in town was a 25min walk. We hired a speedboat as well at the docks near the supermarket which I would recommend doing.
Overall we had a fab time and the villa was amazing. Many thanks.

Good location near by the beach, Bars, Restaurants and shopping. We have a lot of fun at the pool and with barbecueall days. It was Great that there was aircondition!

Ein Traum wurde war: wir konnten uns mit 4 befreundeten Familien einen Besitz teilen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Apartment um sich zurückziehen zu können und doch konnten wir die Tage zusammen verbringen, alle zusammen, unter uns. Sehr gut war, dass man alles zu Fuss erreichen konnte, sodass unsere jugendlichen Kinder nicht auf uns angewiesen waren. Die Innenausstattung war nicht unser Geschmack, aber alles war sauber und funktional. Ausserdem lebt man auf Korfu ja draussen!
