This exclusive property is spread over a single level on the first floor of a recently renovated farmhouse and, thanks to its 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

The lower floor of the farmhouse (not internally connected) is not inhabited and remains closed during the rental season.

Its geographical location is particularly favorable for those who want to set off to discover the characteristic villages located around Lake Bolsena such as Orvieto, Viterbo, the must-see village of Civita di Bagnoregio, and Pitigliano; the nearby art cities of Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria are also certainly worth a visit.
