Beskrivelse av feriehuset
Pent boligkompleks med leiligheter i en liten grend i området rundt Lucca i Toscana. Eiendommen er nylig restaurert og gjort om til 6 pent møblerte og hyggelige leiligheter. Fra enheten Flava3 har man utsyn til hele grenden, mens de 5 andre leilighetene har utsyn til det omkringliggende landskapet og hagen. Alle leiliehtene har varme i gulvet og aircondition slik at gjestene har det komfortabelt uansett når på året man oppholder seg her.
Eiendommen ligger midt mellom Lucca og Pisa (8km til hver by) og ligger også kort vei fra Versilia kystlinjen med pene strender, restauranter og shoppingmuligheter (35 km )

Un lugar donde relajarse en una casa grande y bien restaurada manteniendo detalles originales pero con todas las comodidades de una casa moderna. Destacar la fantástica piscina y la posibilidad de cargar el coche eléctrico en poco tiempo gracias a su cargador.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out lief alles reibungslos. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich, der Check-in unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Location of the apartment was great with easy access to Lucca & Pisa and local restaurants. The grounds, gardens and pool were very well maintained and the apartment was clean with all the required facilities.

Vi hadde en fin uke her, leiligheten (Flavio 3) var romslig med aircondition i begge soverom og stue, og det var helt nødvendig da det var hetebølge! Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt slik at vi kunne lage noen måltider selv. Stedet er rolig og fredelig. Hagen, bassenget og området var svært rent og velholdt. Det er en liten butikk i nærheten (3-4 minutt å gå), der man kan kjøpe det mest nødvendige. Det er få restauranter i gåavstand, så man bør ha bil. Veldig grei avstand med bil til Lucca (som er en flott by) og Pisa. Kan anbefale stedet hvis man er på jakt etter et rolig og fredelig sted med basseng. Hyggelig og imøtekommende vertskap!

Vi hadde et kjempe fint opphold i denne boligen. Den lå innenfor et lukket område og det var veldig fredfullt der, og ikke minst vakre omgivelser med et herlig basseng med gode solstoler og parasoller man kunne bruke. Veldig fint vedlikeholdt område hvor man også hadde tilgang til bord og stoler på plassen rett utenfor boligen. Det var veldig rent når vi kom og boligen stod til forventningene. I nærområdet var det et par restauranter hvor man kan ta seg noe å drikke og spise. En liten kjøretur unna ca 5min, så lå det også flere gode restauranter. Det er en liten butikk i byen, men det kan være lurt å stoppe på en av de større butikkene på veien, ca15min unna, og ta en storhandel slik at man har toalettpapir, såpe, poser til boss og lignende når man "flytter inn". Er man sportsintressert så er det 10min unna et anlegg med padel, tennis,løpebane og fotballbane.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here! The apartment had everything we needed and was in a beautiful location, the surroundings are very picturesque and the village had everything we needed including some nice restaurants. Great connections too- we didn't have a car but the bus was just down the road and really easy to use. We travelled to and from Pisa airport and had a day out in Lucca with no trouble. Lucca was also great- lots of shops and beautiful architecture. We had a great time and our hosts were lovely and very helpful.

Smuk ejendom med flot have og pool. Dejlig gårdhave som er yderst velholdt. Spændende, ren og velholdt bolig - næsten som at dumpe ned i en anden tidsalder ???? Værten reagerede straks vi havde udfordringer med aircondition, og fik den ordnet af elektriker samme morgen (selvom det var søndag!)

lovely traditional villa in beautiful surroundings. Very helpful host, however as we arrived in the evening there were no shops to buy Essentials. Flavia did give us some milk for a cuppa upon request. (a small welcome pack with Essentials would be nice. even if a small extra charge). Overall We would recommend the villa for your stay in Tuscany half way between Pisa and Lucca.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft.Was uns gefehlt hat,waren Infos oder Tipps was direkt vor Ort empfehlenswert gewesen wäre (Markt/Supermarkt/Restaurant/Eisdiele),das wäre schön gewesen.Unsere genaue Anreise wurde erst einen Tag später angekündigt,als wir schon da waren,kann aber daran liegen, dass wir sonntags angereist sind.Dadurch war das Ankommen etwas holprig,aber ließ sich dann klären.Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen.Sie liegt günstig zwischen Lucca und Pisa.Beides erreicht man sehr gut mit dem Auto (was man auch braucht!),auch Florenz und Siena sind gut von dort aus machbar.Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht,Kühlschrank inklusive Gefrierfach und Gasherd mit Backofen.Küchenhandtücher bekamen wir auf Nachfrage,Gewürze und anderes sind nicht vorhanden.Das Wlan war sehr gut und der Fernseher kam abends sehr gut bei unserem Sohn an.Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Mooi, schoon en verzorgd appartementencomplex. Wij (2 personen) hadden Flavia3 geboekt. Dit appartement ligt als enige met de entree aan de dorpszijde. Prima aan te rijden, auto bij de opgang. Naast de voordeur een kleine balustrade waar je s'ochtend lekker met z'n tweeën in het zonnetje kan ontbijten...
Via de poort loopt je vanuit je appartement eenvoudig naar de tuin en zwembad waar je ook kunt zitten aan één van de tafels.
Schoon appartement met goede voorzieningen. Heerlijke douches, bedden o.k.
Goede uitvalsbasis voor ontdekken van Pisa, Lucca etc.
Vriendelijke ontvangst, uitchecken eenvoudig via Whatsapp.

Die ganze Ferienanlage ist wunderschön. Im Gesamteindruck gibt es einen Stern Abzug wegen dem Küchenbereich.Wir hatten bei der Ankunft sofort einen sehr guten Eindruck von der Unterkunft. Das Anwesen ist hübsch angelegt. Das Flair eindeutig „Toskana“.Die gesamte Anlage wurde jeden Tag sorgfältig gepflegt. Der Poolbereich wurde abends gesäubert und in Ordnung gebracht. Im Innenhof wurde jeden Morgen gefegt und die Blumen gegossen. Die gesamte Anlage machte einen wunderschönen Eindruck. Unsere Ferienwohnung war auch sauber und ordentlich.Die Lage war hervorragend. Exact zwischen den beiden Städten Lucca und Pisa. Der Ort ist ruhig und doch gibt es tolle Wanderwege, Restaurants und ein super modernes Café. Das Eis dort war einfach köstlich.
Die Busverbindung nach Lucca war prima. Nach Pisa und zum Meer könnte sie definitiv besser sein. Mit dem Auto zum Meer dauert die Fahrt ca. eine halbe Stunde. Leider besteht auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen die erhöhte Gefahr des Autodiebstahls und des Aufbruchs.Ja, wir haben die Unterkunft wie beschrieben vorgefunden.Dieser war zwar sauber und ordentlich, es hat uns jedoch an Ausstattung gefehlt. Wir hätten uns zum Beispiel mehr Tassen (es gab nur 4), einen elektrischen Wasserkocher und Schüsseln für Salat etc. gewünscht. Auch ein Rührbesen, Salatbesteck und Sparschäler haben gefehlt. Des Weiteren gab es keine Mülleimer in der Wohnung. Die großen Mülltonnen waren zwar am Rande des Grundstücks erreichbar, jedoch ist es unpraktisch wegen jeder Kleinigkeit an Müll die Wohnung verlassen zu müssen. Zumal auch Mülltrennung vorgegeben war.Wunderschöner Poolbereich, der wetterbedingt unbegrenzt nutzbar war. Es gab ausreichend Liegen und Platz. Durch die kleine Wohneinheit war der Pool nie überfüllt. Mit Wiese und Olivenbäumen war der Bereich toll angelegt und schön anzusehen.Das erste Schlafzimmer sah aus wie ein Prinzessinnenzimmer. Wirklich schön hergerichtet.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Einzelbett sowie ein darunterliegendes ausziehbares Bett. Voll in Ordnung für vier Personen.Zwei sehr saubere und schöne Bäder, perfekt. Da kommt man sich nicht in die Quere. Nach dem Pool konnten beide Duschen gleichzeitig mit warmen Wasser genutzt werden. Das ist nicht überall selbstverständlich.Lucca und Pisa müssen unbedingt besichtigt werden. Ebenso das Meer am unbebauten Strandabschnitt sowie das tolle Gebiet Rund um den Fluss Serchio.Ja, die Eigentümerin war hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar per WhatsApp, wenn es nötig war.
Wir hätten uns gewünscht, daß eine kleine Informationsmappe von allen wichtigen Themen in der Ferienwohnung ausliegt. Dann wären zum Beispiel die Regeln zur Nutzung des Wäschegestells, der Standort der großen Mülltonnen oder der Ablauf am Abreisetag in Bezug auf die Schlüssel ohne Nachfrage klar.

We stayed in Posarelli Villa in May 2024. We stayed in one of the apartment they offer, on the second floor of a renovated building. Apartment is perfect for 4 friends or a family with 2 kids. There are 2 bathroom both with shower, kitchen is simple but equipped with necessity and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. There are other apartments in the complex and they all share garden and beautiful swimming pool. Location is perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca, Livorno and surroundings. The village has a small super market, two bars and a couple of restaurants, so you get everything covered. The area of Monti Pisani (hills between Pisa and Lucca) is green and lush, dotted with amazing restaurants. We communicated with host mainly via messages, but they live in the complex so they are always available for any question. We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a lovely, peaceful place. Very stylish decoration throughout the apartment. Such friendly and helpful hosts Flavia and Maria. Pristine swimming pool, aways open and kept in excellent conditions. Basketball has another important factor for our children. The town is greatly connected with Pisa, Luca, beaches and Florence. Well worth recommend local pub and friendly, good quality local grocery shop. Over all our family would recommend Flavias apartments.Ciao , arrivederci.

The complex has several Villas of different sizes all inter-connected but still very private. We stayed In Flavia 2. We found the surroundings and location amazing. Located close to Lucca and Pisa - perfect. We hired a car which I would reccommned. The village is quaint, and has a small shop, butchers and restaurants, but we never really ventured out on foot as we were driving most days. For lazy days the pool is great (but not heated and cold). I'd suggest at least 25C or hotter weather to be 'comfortable' for most people. In terms of our Villa, it had most facilities and amenities. if we had any issues Falvia was only a phone call away and was always very prompt! Heating controls were easy to control and individual in every room. We will return. Stayed April 2-10th 2024. Family of 4. Two boys 10 and 14.

Bardzo czysto i wygodnie, okolica spokojna. Basen super, były też materace i inne zabawki do kąpieli. Gospodarz bardzo miły i elastyczny, niestety nie zawsze był tam ktoś, kto mówił po angielsku. Jedyne, co bym poprawiła to: nie było za bardzo czym myć naczyń, zabrakło gąbki do mycia naczyń albo chociaż paru tabletek do zmywarki i ręczników papierowych. Zabrakło też papieru toaletowego i worków na śmieci. Materace w łóżkach są już stare i niewygodne- dobrze by było to zmienić. W nocy psy w okolicy głośno szczekały i wyły, przez co sen przy otwartym oknie był zupełnie niemożliwy. To szczegóły, które sprawiły, że nie było idealnie, ale nadal było super :)

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful quiet area with a backdrop of mountains. Our stay was very quiet and enjoyable, This is a perfect location for couples, families or even business. Everyone was very friendly. We were within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to visit, from historical buildings, to beaches and countryside.
The pool was lovely and the three story apartment was simply perfect! We will 100% revisit!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was beautiful, we did not miss anything, the pool was perfect. I praise how owners were looking after the surroundings, they even provided playing tools for the pool. Location was perfect - in the middle of the village. The village was nice, we found 2 pizzerias near roundabout - pizza was delicious, I can recommend. There is also Ambrosia Pasticeria near main road that offers wide range of pastry - mainly sweet or sandwiches. Unfortunatelly, they do not sell plain baguettes - we did not find any place which sell plain baguettes in Santa Maria del Guidice. For them we needed to drive to few kilometers to Conad. Pisa and Lucca are only few kilometers away, they are perfect spots for evening walks in history city center. Local tax needs to be paid in cash before departure. We loved our stay here, and I would not hesitate to repeat the whole vacation here again :-)

Very nice apartment. Shared pool was perfect size considering the number of apartments/guests. Our in-car navigation system had troubles finding the place for the first time. Point for improvement: the beds matresses were not very comfortable (with these metal spirals inside). -> they should be replaced with new ones.

In een klein dorpje gelegen, tussen Lucca en Pisa. In het dorpje is weinig te beleven. Een auto is dan ook nodig. Prachtig zwembad en mooie locatie!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Flavia 6, en lejlighed i landsbyen Santa Maria Del Giudice mellem Lucca og Pisa. Stedet var virkeligt velholdt, og der var pænt og rent over alt. Lejligheden var stor og rummelig. Der manglede ingenting. Fællesarealerne var superhyggelige og idylliske og poolen var altid ren og lækker. Stedet er præcist så flot, som på billederne. Information fra værten var fyldestgørende, og spørgsmål blev besvaret hurtigt. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted, og vil gerne tilbage engang.

Smukt, dejligt og roligt sted og virkelig dejligt pool-område og spiseområder. Nemt i bil at komme både til Lucca og Pisa på kort tid. Flere restauranter i gåafstand fra stedet. Kommer meget gerne igen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine wirklich großzügige Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt in der Küche über die nötigsten Utensilien. Bad und WC sind modern und bieten alles was man benötigt. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen lief ohne Probleme. Wer die Toskana genießen möchte, wird im Hof alles nötige finden- Einfach traumhaft schön. Pool und Außenanlagen sind überdurchschnittlich gepflegt. Wir bedanken uns für 14 Tage Toskana! Tanja und Stefan

Flavia 2. Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Leider bisschen dunkel innen. Wenig Fenster. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und sauber, auch der Pool war super. Oft waren wir hier allein. Leider waren ALLE Betten nur Klappbetten. Bei dem Preis wären richtige Betten angebracht. Auch die angepriesene Hydrodusche war nicht so toll. Super Mini. Für Erwachsene kaum nutzbar. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Absolut negativ waren leider die Vermieter. Sie waren wirklich nicht besonders freundlich. Kein Guten Morgen, gute Heimreise oder sonst eine Kommunikation. Wenn man sich gesehen hat, was oft vorkam, weil sie mit am Gut wohnen, wurde man einfach ignoriert. Schade und nicht nachvollziehbar. Aber, alles in allem, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Apartment was very nice and spacious. Very clean, plenty of towels, good location just a few minutes stroll from the centre of the village. Pool area really lovely, with plenty of sun beds - pool cleaned every day. WiFi was slightly ‘temperamental’ occasionally! Overall, a very nice apartment in a peaceful location - recommended. Easy to get to Lucca and Pisa by local buses - both cities worth a visit. Restaurant and bar La Piazza in the centre of the village served excellent pizzas, with Ambrosia Pasticceria a lovely cafe for good coffee and pastries. Very friendly and helpful owner

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich optimal zwischen Pisa und Lucca gelegen, so dass die Tagesausflüge ohne lange Anfahrt möglich waren. Das Appartement haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Poolanlage ist wunderbar. Einzig die Küche ist etwas mager ausgestattet, z.B. gab es nur zwei Kochtöpfe. Aber darauf kann man sich einstellen, wenn man die anderen Bewertungen so überfliegt. Jetzt noch etwas, was absolut nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat, wofür die Vermieter nichts können, deshalb trotzdem volle Bewertung: wir hatten riesiges Pech mit dem Wetter. Es war ungewöhnlich kalt für Mitte Mai und hat viel geregnet. Leider konnten wir uns selbst in der Unterkunft nicht aufwärmen oder eine gemütliche Zeit verbringen, da das Heizen in Italien gesetzlich geregelt ist. D.h. wir durften im Mai bei einer Zimmertemperatur von knapp 19°C nicht heizen. Das war uns völlig neu. Letztenendes sind wir sogar einen Tag früher mit fieberndem Kind abgereist.

We hebben genoten van een fijn verblijf! De appartementen liggen op een rustige plek en vanaf hier kun je heel goed uitstapjes maken naar Lucca, Pisa en Cinque Terre. De appartementen hebben een gezamenlijke binnenplaats en tuin die echt prachtig is! Een vriendelijke host en een fijn appartement!

Ha sido un lugar con encanto. Tiene cosas que mejorar que lo haría perfecto. Creo que tener papel higiénico en un baño es esencial. Aunque tú tengas que comprarlo más tarde pero por lo menos en la llegada tener un rollo. La comunicación también brillaba por su ausencia. Y no tiene nada que ver el idioma. Llegaba desde Florencia dónde mi anfitrión estuvo en contacto todo el tiempo .

Great location, 15 minutes from Lucca and Pisa. Nice local coffee bars and pastry shops, and pizza restaurants. The listing is within a small gated community and everything is in top condition. Flavia was very accomodating with our later than expected arrival. Would visit again!

The appartment is neat and comfortable but the bed needs a new matrass. It's a good kitchen but it would be nice to have some towels, soap (and toilet paper) etc on arrival. The pool is clean and the seats/beds are very comfortable. This accomodation is located perfectly for visits to both Pisa and Lucca!

Wir haben die Feriewohnung nach den Angaben im Internet für 4 Erwachsene gebucht. Am Anreisetag wurden unsere Pässe von der Besitzerin kontrolliert und wir erhielten eine kurze Einführung in die Benutzung der Klimaanlage. Weitere Erklärungen oder eine Besichtigung der Wohnung gab es nicht.
Die Wohnung hat in der ersten Etage ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Gasherd, einem großen Kühlschrank, einr Spülmaschine und dem notwendigen Gechirr. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein kleines, modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet. In der oberen Etage sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
Nicht gefallen haben uns die Größe der Betten (ca. 70cm x 190cm) und Höhe des 2. Schlafzimmers, das in der Mitte durch einen Holzbalken in der Höhe von ca. 150cm getrennt wurde. Aufrechtes Stehen war daher nur im schmalen, vorderen Teil des Zimmers möglich.
Diese Wohnung ist daher nach unserer Meinung nur für zwei Erwachsen und zwei Kinder bis maximal 1,40m geeignet und nicht für vier normale Erwachsene, besonders nicht für ältere Menchen.
Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön angelegt, sauber, und gepflegt. Eine Möglichkeit zum Wechseln der nassen Badekleidung wäre wünschenswert.
Die Besitzerin sollte dringend den Kontakt zu den Nachbarn aufnehmen, da das ständige Bellen der Hunde, besonders in der Nacht, die Gäste nicht zur Ruhe kommen lässt.

We had an amazing stay at Posarelli Villas. The apartment is situated in a beautiful little town, in between Pisa and Lucca. We were easily able to travel by bus to both places. There is a great pizza restaurant and patisserie just a short walk away. The apartment was exactly what we needed, although it did lack the basics. There was no soap or washing up liquid or a bin. Other than that it was perfect!

Trotz verkehrsbedingter später Ankunft erst nach 21.00h persönliche Begrüßung und Check in. Tolle FeWo in toskanischem Stil. Sehr grosszügig für Familie mit 2 Kindern. Landsitz mit Innenhof mit Tischen. Großzügiger Pool mit großer Rasenfläche. Alles super sauber und neu, auch die Bäder mit Toiletten. Kleines Dorf, Minimarkt ~100 m entfernt. Pizzeria am Ort. Nach Lucca ~1/4Std. mit dem Auto, dort unzählige Restaurants in den Gassen und diversen Plätzen. Zum Strand mind. 1/2 Std. Autofahrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Flavia 2 verbracht. Die Unterkunft war gut. Es gibt zwar ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte. Z.b. ein wenig Schimmel im unteren Bad oder keine Fliegengitter in den Dachfenstern. Sonst war alles gut. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und hat uns viel Spaß und Laune gemacht.
Die Betten hätten ein weniger größer bzw. Stabiler sein können. Sie haben schon zum Teil den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass sie schnell einbrechen könnten. Trotzdem haben wir dort gut geschlafen.
Den größten Kritikpunkt haben wir am Verhalten des „Besitzers“ Bzw. Der Besitzerfamilie. Der Besitzer hat weder gegrüßt noch freundlich reagiert. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir unerwünscht waren. Dies ging allen Familien so mit den wir uns unterhalten haben. Das war sehr schade. Eventuell waren auch die Kinder und die Lautstärke am Pool unerwünscht. Leider hat uns niemand etwas gesagt. Es wurde nur „gefühlt“ laut geschimpft und zu anderen Italiener gesprochen/gemotzt. Jedoch nicht zu den Gästen.
Der Ort und der Platz waren super!
Ps: Sehr viel Schnaken in den Abendstunden. Hier sollte man sich vorher eindecken.

Die FeWo war sehr schön, alles wie beschrieben. Tolle Küche, aber Pfannen müsst ihr selber mitbringen. Die Betten sind für große Leute ein bißchen kurz und die Matrazen sind für Rückengeschädigte nicht von Vorteil.

Heerlijk om het gevoel te hebben dat je in the middle of nowhere zit terwijl je op loopafstand ‘s morgens vers brood kunt halen, een kop koffie kunt drinken etc. En met de auto zit je in een kwartiertje in het centrum van Lucca. Ook Pisa en de kist zijn makkelijk bereikbaar.
Appartement mag je het niet noemen want met 3 etages is het echt een huis. Een wat stevigere eettafel en een wat ruimere douche cabine op de 1e zou fijn zijn, maar verder weinig op te merken. Fijn ook met deze warme zomer dat er overal airco is.
We waren vroeger dan gepland maar mochten direct van het zwembad gebruik maken.
Fijne plek en we begrijpen dan ook wel dat er gasten waren die er al eerder waren geweest.
En nog een tip voor een goed diner: Ristorante Stefani dal 1888.

Virkelig et dejligt sted! Så stille og roligt. Alle var så hjælpsomme og imødekommende og det var virkelig et smukt sted, mellem bjergene. Også et kæmpe plus at der var rent og man kunne se at stedet bliver vedligeholdt. Vi ville klart komme tilbage!

Zeer mooi verblijf in Italiaanse stijl. Prachtig zwembad met mooie ligbedjes. Eigenaresse zeer toegankelijk met vragen. Bij aankomst inbegrepen handdoeken, alle appartementen voorzien van wasmachine afwasmachine en keukengerei.

Abbiamo trascorso giornate molto belle e tranquille nell'appartamento Flavia 6. Le finestre sono ben insonorizzate e non si sentono le campane della chiesa che è li vicino ( TOP ). Le stanze possono essere tutte completamente oscurate (Top ). L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito (Top ). I letti sono comodi (Top ). La piscina meravigliosa (TOP ). Purtroppo in cucina mancavano alcune cose, come la macchina per il caffè espresso, la frusta, le ciotole. nonostante quest il voto è 5 stelle su 5. Noi torneremo.

This holiday accommodation is perfect, it has almost everything you may need. Its conveniently set between Lucca and Pisa. Village itself where the villa is located had a couple of eateries- if you are vegan, this is not a place for you to stay, unless you cater for yourself. There are several cafe's, post office, and 2 small grocery shops with very basic items available. We stayed in Flavia n 2 villa. The sleeping arrangements are : 2 double rooms on firs floor- the mattress in the master bedrooms was very firm, somewhat springy. the mattress in the other bedroom was better to sleep on. The attic room had 2 single beds, mattresses were perfect for our little boy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, except for lack of knifes, but this was quickly rectified by the host. We would have welcomed to have hand soap or toilet roll on our arrival, and not have to rush to the shop to buy these after arrival.

Really love the place and the area all around. There is everything that you need. A pool, barbecue, lovely apartment! Everything was super clean! Even with our late arrival the owners were very communicative and understandable. The village is in ideal place to see every city nearby. Thanks for the owners! I would love to go back there!

The property was so nice and the host and her family were very kind. It was a beautiful location too! The town was very quaint and pretty. You definitely need a car though! I’m giving 5 stars but my only small critique would be that they don’t provide hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, or very much toilet paper. We live in Italy so it wasn’t a big deal to buy things because we could take it back home with us. But many tourists don’t want to go buy detergent for 2 loads of laundry or hand soap for 3 days of washing their hands. Then the coffee maker needs special filters that supermarkets don’t sell. If I had known there were no filters, I would have brought some, but tourists can’t just buy them on Amazon. I just think it’d make the property that much more special and nice for people coming to stay. But overall, it was an absolutely lovely place and I would highly recommend it. We hope to visit again.

Thank you Flavia. Your apartment was fabulous. Great location in a charming village with friendly and welcoming locals. Decor and facilities immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great bathrooms and loads of space for a family of 5. What would help on arrival is to have simple essentials such as toilet roll, tea towel and wash up liquid starter pack in the apartment. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others as a great base to explore Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Livorno and the North West/central Tuscany.

Wir waren ausserhalb vom Hochsaison und fühlte uns als junge Familien nicht wirklich Willkommen. Das Appartement sah sauber und gut gepflegt aus. Das Auto und die Fahrräder konnte wir auf das private Areal parkieren. Das baby Bett müsste noch installiert werden, es hat kein WC-Papier und nur ein kleiner Abfalleimer. Es ist ein rühiges Dorf zwischen Pisa und Lucca, das Dorf hat ausser eine super Bäckerei nicht viel. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen, obwohl es ein sehr schönes Schwimmbad hat.

Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Außenanlage ist in einem top Zustand und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt es einen gemütlichen Innenhof sowie einen Grillplatz. Großer Pluspunkt sind auch die Ladestationen für das E-Auto. Die Bäder des Apartments sind renoviert und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir aus der Beschreibung und den Fotos nicht entnehmen, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer nur über ein Einzelbett und ein ausklappbares Zustellbett verfügt. Für große Personen sind die Betten ungeeignet. Zudem gab es leider an einigen Ecken des Apartments Schimmel und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig.

Idéalement situé entre Lucca et Pisa.
Les parties communes (BBQ, terrasse, piscine, ...) sont très agréables, en parfait état et très bien entretenues.
L'appartement Flavia 6 est bien distribué, propre et très fonctionnel. Attention cet appartement est situé au 2ème étage et les marches sont raides !
En revanche, l'équipement et la vaisselle disponibles dans la cuisine sont très sommaires pour une famille de 4 personnes pouvant prendre 1 ou 2 repas par jour sur place.
De même pour ce qui concerne la climatisation peu efficace et bruyantes (ou très mal réglée ?).
L'accueil le jour de l'arrivé est très rapide et nous n'avons eu aucun autre contact durant notre séjour, pas même la veille de notre départ pour faire le point et confirmer notre heure de départ.
Prise en charge clients très légère au regard des autres prestations proposées. Dommage.
Nous reviendrons néanmoins avec plaisir, les points positifs l'emportent sur les petits désagréments.

Die Wohnungen und die Anlage sind hervorragend sauber und gepflegt. Jeder Raum hat Klimaanlage. Die Lage zwischen Lucca und Pisa ist optimal. Abzug gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche. Keine Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden.

Het zwembad is veel kleiner dan op de foto’s en het zwembad is niet verwarmd, dus ijskoud water en da’s minder. Verder is de agriturismo goed verzorgd , goed onderhouden, en netjes. We had a lovely stay at Flavia 2! The appartement was very well kept and super clean. As well as the outside area with the terras and the pool.
The owners are super kind and pay a lot attention to maintain the property and the garden with all the lovely flowers.
The place is close to both Pisa and Lucca.

“Mooi ruime appartement met een fantastisch gedeelde zwembad. Ook was het er netjes schoon. Het appartementencomplex bevind zich in een klein plaatsje tussen Lucca en Pisa in. Naar beide plaatsen is het ongeveer 15 minuten rijden. Je bent met 30 min bij het strand van Viareggio. Aangezien het in een klein plaatsje ligt is een auto vereist. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad!”

La struttura è molto bella, accogliente, ben curata, pulita e molto rilassante. La piscina è fantastica e si può fare una nuotatina anche di sera tardi perché si illumina di vari colori: molto suggestiva! Anche l'appartamento Flavia 2 corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto e alle fotografie. Appartamento molto pulito, curato e in questo periodo di Covid perfettamente santificato. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e premurosi.
Per coloro che come noi amano fare grigliata c'è a disposizione degli ospiti una bellissima griglia e anche un forno per le pizze.
Consiglio vivamente il posto a tutti coloro che cercano relax ma anche la possibilità di visitare città toscane come Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, etc in quanto e' situato in una posizione strategica.

Beautiful villa with wonderful pool & garden in quiet village close to both Lucca & Pisa. Everything was immaculate and we had a fantastic week here, highly recommend - particularly to those with younger children.
We loved cycling round the lucca walls on the 4 person tourist bikes

Nice place to be. The accomodation is perfectly situated between Lucca and Pisa and very close to the beach. Everything was clean and in a good shape. There is a tiny supermarket nearby and you find some restaurants in the village.

Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Pool grossartig. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet, die zum Teil alten Möbel sind charmant. Im Herbst ist es allerdings eher dunkel und kühl darin, die Energiesparlampen geben kaltes Licht, und die Decken sind auch etwas zu kühl. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte besser sein, es ist ein großes Sammelsurium an verschiedenen Teilen. Aber man kommt zurecht. Im Sommer ist es sicher besser dort.”

Locatie is ideaal, zowel Pisa als Lucca op 15-20 minuutjes rijden. De accommodatie biedt zelfstandige appartementen, waardoor je lekker je eigen gang kunt gaan zonder verplichtingen. Appartement nummer 1 heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, fijn appartement. Buiten zijn voldoende zitjes om te eten/borrelen, fijn zwembad, veel parkeerplek. Kortom, helemaal naar wens!
In eerste instantie was het lastig te vinden waar we ons konden melden, maar als je navigeert op Via del Cimitero Diciannovesima dan kun je bij het groen/grijze hek aanbellen. Dat is tevens de poort waarvan je een afstandsbediening ontvangt zodat je in het vervolg zelf kunt in- en uitrijden.

This is a lovely property, clean and comfortable. It is in a good location for exploring the surrounding areas. The local village has everything you need & we enjoyed walking to the local patisserie for cakes & also eating at the local pizza cafe. We had a hire car and we caught the train into Pisa, Lucca, Florence & Siena from the local train station and found this a good way to get around.
We would have found it useful to have had a welcome pack or some essentials provided ie washing up liquid, binbags etc as we stocked up from the local Lidl but could only buy large packets of things which we couldn't bring home with us. Other than that we had a lovely 10 days and would recommend this property to others!

Die Anlage ist ein Traum und top gepflegt! Der Pool ist groß genug und wird jeden Tag durch einen Poolroboter gereinigt! Die Gartenmöbel und Liegen mit Sonnenschirm sind ausreichend vorhanden und in einem top Zustand! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig, liebevoll gestaltet mit vielen Details. Sie ist sauber und es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Ein großes Plus war die Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage ohne die es nicht auszuhalten ist im Sommer. Auch den Grill konnten wir mitbenutzen. Grillkohle und Grillanzünder waren bereits vorhanden.
Das wirklich einzige Manko war die Begrüßung durch eine Angestellte, die kaum Englisch sprach und offensichtlich keine Lust auf Begrüßen der Gäste hatte. Sie war nicht sehr freundlich und verschwand nach Aushändigung des Schlüssels und nach kurzem Zeigen der Wohnung, ohne uns einen schönen Urlaub zu wünschen und ohne sich zu verabschieden. Das hinterließ leider keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Ansonsten ist das Dorf gepflegt und die Einwohner sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Dorf Minimarkt bietet alles an was man so braucht jedoch ist er sehr teuer.

This property was great for families who want to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to enjoy the local cities (20 mins from central Pisa and 15 mins from Lucca), at a very good price.
We hired a car and would recommend to do the same, though local busses run from the village.
There is a local shop just a few mins away for the essentials, however they are more expensive than the likes of Lidl found in nearby towns. ( recommend to go there if self catering as much cheaper), and a nearby pizzeria with generous portions at a good price too.
The scenery around the apartment was amazing with the mountains behind the pool.
People were very friendly and communication with the agent and owner was very simple and quick responses given

We enjoyed our stay at Flavia apartments and the location between Lucca and Pisa was good. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a lovely Tuscany style to it. Short of one or two things ie. cups and glasses but we managed.
The wi fi worked well with Android but not Apple.
The pool was not heated but we enjoyed it all the same especially our girls and it was well maintained.
A little local information left in the apartment would have been useful especially about the buses if you are without a car.
We would be more than happy to stay here again

The apartment is located in a very scenic area with a mountain near bye where you can see the leaning tower of Pisa and the whole area including the coastline and Lucca. We arrived little late for the pool season, but whole complex is very nice and greta place to travel around Tuscany.

La casa muy limpia y acogedora así como todas las instalaciones comunes.
Solo pongo un defecto, la casa no tenía ni estropajos de cocina ni balletas, así como tampoco en ninguno de los baños había un solo rollo de papel higiénico.

Great apartment in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in number 6 for a week. very clean and spacious for a family of three. Showers and hot water were great Kitchen items are a basic but we didn't need a lot.
The pool is spectacular with great views of the mountains and the area is very peaceful.
We also hired a car and they is ample parking. The village setting is very quiet. There is a small mini market a few metres away which sells most everyday items. In the village centre there are a couple of restaurants all excellent, post office, atm. There is also a large coffee house selling pastries/croissants etc a few minutes walk further down the road.
Efficient and regular bus service to Lucca (limited at weekends) took around 20 mins 2.50 Euro one way. Taxi is around 20 euro. Taxi from Pisa central station 30 Euro.
We also visited Viareggio for the day 30 Min drive and the water park at Cecina 50 min drive.
Maria was on hand should if we needed anything. Check in and out worked fine. And we were able to store our luggage and use the pool on our last day.
Would definitely recommend here and will stay again in the future I'm sure

We really enjoyed our week in the villa Flavia. The location and the property were lovely, with lots of character and very well looked after. Our only minor criticism was that it wasn't that well equipped, particularly the kitchen, and for the cost and quality of the property it would have been nice to have a few basic essentials there when we arrived. But this isn't to detract from what was a lovely week - many thanks!

This is our fourth visit to this accommodation. As ever, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the pool looked lovely ( sadly too wet and rainy to use), and the surroundings of all of the apartments are kept in excellent condition and look very attractive. There is secure parking at the rear .

Wir sind zu 6 Personen verreist und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Unterkunft tolle Gastfreundlichkeit.Sehr ruhige Lage zum entspannen. Den Tip bei *Nonno Mariano* gut essen zu können haben wir von 5 Tagen Aufenthalt drei Mal wahrgenommen. Super leckere Pizza! In nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Flavia is a beautifully restored house in a lovely part of Italy. Located in a quiet village, only a short drive from Pisa and Lucca it is surrounded by mountains
and is not far from the sea. The booking was
straightforward and the manager was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The swimming pool was
open at anytime, day and night. The accommodation
was clean and cool but it would have been helpful to have a few provisions such as toiletries, tea towel, washing up liquid etc. Also, as a family of five we
were short of glasses (only 4 were provided) However, we were otherwise really happy with the
apartment.

Love this place! Comfortable, vertical functional apartament. The most important everything is new and clear. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool due to the weather but also looks great including Garden. A wonderful little town situated between Pisa and Lucca, close to Florence and the sea.

In a small, calm village you find this very fine appartment, outdorswimmingpool and outdorfacilities including outdorkitchen and many groups with different tables and chairs - everything is fine and new! And you are allowed to take fresh lemons from the small trees. Everything is very, very clean including the pool, but it was very cold at the beginning of May! It was a pity, that a neighbor nearby made a lot of noise in the week-end with cutting stones ore something like that and that the owner were very difficult to get contact to about everything and our password to wifi could not be used! The place is very difficult to find also with a good GPS. The heatingsystem were complicated and they could not help us very good, so we had to try ourselves. The owners let a young Italien Lady do some of the work with the guests - she is lovely, but could only speak italian, so it was difficult to get help from her.
