Beskrivelse av feriehuset
San Guido er et sjarmerende landsted med privat basseng nær landsbyen Pelago, øst for Firenze i Toscana.
Feriehuset har nylig blitt restaurert og omgjort til en innbydende eiendom: eierne har valgt detaljene selv med stor omhu, og har laget et velutstyrt hus med den perfekte blandingen av nye og gamle innslag. Med 3 soverom og store fellesarealer, har huset plass til 6/8 personer.
På uteområdet finner man en velstelt hage og utemøbler for å kunne innta måltider utendørs. Her er det også et nytt privat basseng med panoramautsikt hvor man kan kjøle seg av på solfylte dager i vakre Toscana.
Eierne bor i en pen låve på eiendommen som ligger mellom San Guido og bassenget. Huseierne bruker samme eiendomsinngang som gjestene, men bruker ikke hagen eller bassenget til San Guido, som kun er for gjestene. Eierne er veldig snille og gjestfrie, samtidig som de respekterer gjestenes privatliv.
Fantastiske vingårder, olivenlunder og et klassisk toskanske landskap omgir eiendommen. Byen Pelago (butikker av alle slag) ligger mindre enn 2 km unna, mens Firenze ligger 20 km unna. Hvis du vil nå Firenze uten bil, kan man ta tog i fra Pontassieve jernbanestasjon (5 km unna) til sentrum.
Hvis du liker å shoppe, er det "The Mall Firenze" bare 13 km unna. Her finner du alle de beste italienske og internasjonale merkene.

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick! Wir waren Ende Oktober dort - die Poolanlage war super schön, hier haben wir viel Zeit verbracht (aufgrund der Jahreszeit allerdings nicht im Wasser). Auch die Nähe nach Florenz war top. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Beautiful house in a stunning location! The house is lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped – you can tell that a lot of care has gone into every detail. The garden and pool are simply wonderful and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are exactly how you imagine Tuscany – picturesque and peaceful. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, welcoming us warmly and even surprising us with little gifts like fresh vegetables and a lovely welcome basket. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis op een bijzondere plek. Gewoon te mooi om te omschrijven!
Dit is een feestje om in te verblijven. Heel mooi zwembad wat goed onderhouden wordt door het filter systeem en bij aankomst tip top in orde is gemaakt door de eigenaren.Op loopafstand is er een wijn en olijfolie makerij waar je heerlijke wijnen en olijfolie kunt proeven en kopen. Op drie minuten rijden is er een geweldig lekker restaurant met fantastisch uitzicht (wel even langsrijden om een tafeltje te reserveren )
Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijke eigenaren Lekkere presentjes bij aankomst gekregen. wat de start van de vakantie tot een succes heeft gebracht.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire ! Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants, la maison était impeccable et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu visiter Florence bien sûr (très facilement accessible), Sienne, San Giminiano et Assise. La campagne est magnifique et la piscine impeccable et très agréable compte tenu des températures en ce mois d’août.

A beautiful property with all the facilities we could have asked for. The pool area is superb and beautifully lit for the night. The automatic mosquito protection seems to work well, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall quality of the villa and everything in it is a very high standard, with many thoughtful touches to make the stay very easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The area is beautiful, on a hillside overlooking vineyards. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming and i would certainly stay again and recommend this property.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in der Toskana war einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Garten und der tolle Pool, ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben unter anderem Arezzo und Florenz besucht – beides gut erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden, ideal für Tagesausflüge in die Region. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing time.The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings with a truly warm host!

Such a cozy place with wonderful views that really lived up to expectations. The host couple were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The pool area was clean and nice. We were there in mid-May so the water in the pool was a bit cold but perfectly fine for a short swim. The house was clean and fresh and has everything you need. We would love to come back here again.

Very beautiful House with a lot of stuff in the kitchen that not every airbnb is equiped with. The parents of the owner, which life on next to the House, were very friendly and make the best Olive oil we had on our whole Trip!

Un super accueil, maison impeccablement propre et rangée, un emplacement idyllique, une vue fabuleuse, le spot de la piscine est magnifique, un jardin soigné et agréable, un mobilier intérieur et extérieur de qualité, un vrai cadre typique et plein de cachet de la Toscane comme on l’aime. On ne s’attendait toutefois pas à avoir la maison des propriétaires aussi proches de celle que l’on occupait mais cela ne nous a finalement pas dérangé car les propriétaires sont discrets et particulièrement sympathiques :)

Very cozy and comfortable home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed time by the beautiful pool! Our family visited Florence on multiple days by taking the train from Pontassieve. We had a wonderful stay!

Best place we’ve ever stayed at by far. Perfect to enjoy some peace after visiting the main tourist locations. The views from the house were amazing, the pool fantastic, the hosts easy to reach and very communicative and accommodating. The house is charming, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. Had all we needed to barbacue and cook meals. Beds very comfortable. Close to train station but a car is necessary to get around.

This is a lovely property set in beautiful countryside. It is tastefully decorated and well equipped. It is close to the small village of Pelago which has a nice atmosphere and a restaurant and grocery store.

We've spent some incredible days in this wonderful house. Each of its spaces, the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, everything is impeccable. The garden and surroundings are beautiful. The house has everything you need. Simply spectacular, I highly recommend it!

We stayed for a week in this great place. It is close to Firenze and quite a few local points of interest. Suman and Riccardo were excellent hosts, very proactive. The house was clean and it is full of charm. Not even a dew days of not so good weather could make a dent in this wonderful experience. A car is definitely for increased mobility in a short vacation time.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in San Guido gehabt. Der Empfang durch Suman und ihren Ehemann war sehr freundlich, mit ausgezeichneten Hinweisen zur Anfahrt. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme und ist sehr schön und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Pool aus. Wir haben von hier aus eine Woche lang die Toskana erkundet und uns jeden Tag gefreut, wieder nach San Guido zurückzukehren. Für einen Besuch in Florenz bietet sich die Bahn von Pontassieve aus an. Am Wochenende konnte man am Bahnhof gut und kostenlos parken, in der Woche allerdings war es fast unmöglich, dort einen Parkplatz zu bekommen wegen der Berufspendler. Wir können San Guido uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

+ sehr schönes Haus, gute Kommunikation und leichter Ckeck-In, Sauberkeit, gut ausgestattete Küche, wirklich toller Ausblick, Außenbereich mit Tisch und Chill Lounge am Haus, Spül- und Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten, besonders schöner Poolbereich mit Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirmen, weitläufige Natur außenrum, Smart TV, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Klimaanlagen, Moskito Netze an allen Fenstern, nur circa 40 Minuten nach Florenz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ein paar Fahrminuten erreichbar - die Landstraße ist zu hören, man muss immer das Auto nutzen da es keinen Gehweg neben der Landstraße gibt, der Pool ist circa 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt, die Besitzer wohnen zwar auf dem Grundstück (ihr Haus liegt zwischen dem AirBnB Haus und dem Pool) allerdings bekommt man sie kaum zu sehen
insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen :)

San Guido war uns ein komfortables und perfekt ausgestaltetes zuhause für unseren Urlaub hier im wunderschönen Italien.
Alles ist so liebevoll und komfortabel aufgerichtet, daß man sich einfach wohlfühlen müß. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier von ganzen Herzen genossen und uns vorgenommen, ganz bestimmt noch einmal wieder zu kommen.

Recently we were able to stay for 2 weeks at San Guido. What a fantastic holiday that is. First of all, the warm welcome by Suman and Ricardo. They are super hospitable and aim to give you a nice holiday. San Guido is a beautiful place, centrally located with formidable views and tranquility to enjoy the Tuscan countryside. The house has recently been completely renovated and looks like new. The pool is beautifully situated on the south slope. In short, a holiday place to return to.

House is absolutely beautiful and was very convenient for 7-people group. Host is friendly and very helpful. Great stay.
